This was the first time I have tried curing meat. A great easy recipe, and soo tasty! I was going to ask how one can store these hams long term, because I guess the curing could be a bit risky in the hot humid weather we get later in the year? But after tasting the first one I don't know how long they would last even if I made more of them.
